Payment options:

1. Payment by VISA and Mastercard bank cards

The Internet payment service is carried out in accordance with the Rules of international payment systems on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, for which the most modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission through closed communication channels are used. Bank card data is entered on the secure payment page of the partner bank providing the Service.

2. Cash to courier upon receiving the bouquet.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by courier, after creating and paying for the order, within an hour or within several hours depending on the situation, in some cases with the request or consent of the recipient or customer, delivery is carried out within several days

Refusal of goods

If the Recipient refuses the goods for biased reasons: i.e. the product corresponds to the Order, but the recipient simply does not want to take the product for personal reasons. In this case, funds are not returned to the Customer.
Second case: in case of refusal of the goods less than 48 hours before delivery, the refund amount is 50%. Claims regarding the product are accepted upon transfer of the bouquet to the Recipient. Product replacement is made within 2-3 hours after delivery of the product to the Recipient. In other cases, the product cannot be returned and the amount for the product will not be refunded.

Attention! Please note that cut flowers, potted plants, bouquets and floral arrangements of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange due to the fact that they are perishable goods. According to Article 30 of the LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN - On the Protection of Consumer Rights (as amended from 05.07. 2011) plants cannot be returned or exchanged.
